Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Solar Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Chittoor. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, providing tailored solar energy solutions, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process. Additional tasks include leading training sessions for junior sales staff, achieving sales targets, and generating consistent business growth. The role requires maintaining a strong market presence and delivering exceptional customer service.


Qualifications

  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills to build rapport and address client needs effectively
  • Strong sales expertise, with experience in identifying and converting leads, and achieving sales goals
  • Proven experience in sales management and training team members to improve overall performance
  • Ability to manage and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the renewable energy industry or solar energy solutions is an advantage
  • A proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and commitment to achieving business objectives
  • Proficiency in using technology and CRM tools to manage sales pipelines effectively
