He/She drives team results, including quality of work, timeliness, and budgetary goals. This position serves as a technical resource and provides expertise in key UPS business functions and supporting technologies. He/She collaborates with management to plan, coordinate, schedule, and manage QA resources. This position leads the improvement of work procedures and processes. He/She monitors project budget, timelines, and resource allocation (e.g., team members, contractors, vendors, etc.). The Lead Software Quality Engineer interacts with staff, customers, Information Services (I.S.) management, internal and external networks, QA professionals, and vendors to ensure effective integration between different functions, units, and teams. He/She contributes to initial project design phases, provides testing expertise, and develops test plans and strategies for projects. This position leads testing and development staff within the testing organization.Primary
