Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Software Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team for our SaaS Software solutions. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and mentoring sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets for SaaS marketing products. Lead and manage a team of account executives and sales representatives. Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients. Oversee the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing deals. Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with customer needs. Forecast revenue performance accurately and report key metrics to senior leadership. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine positioning and sales messaging. Attend industry events, webinars, and client meetings to build brand presence and grow the sales pipeline.
