Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other issues
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency Analyzes and investigates
• Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience as a Python Developer or similar role
• Experience working with relational databases, including SQL Server, and writing efficient SQL queries
• Solid proficiency in Python programming language and its frameworks (such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid)
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and related frameworks (such as React or Angular)
• Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualification:

• LLM prompting and AI frameworks for research, problem-solving, and innovation
