Bristol Myers Squibb offers unparalleled opportunities for professional growth within high-achieving teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions in Workday HCM, Security, Core Compensation, recruiting, absence, and time tracking to meet organizational needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Manage a team of Workday HCM Cross Functional Architects to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. - Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Workday HCM and promote the adoption of new technologies and methodologies within the organization. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for Workday HCM solutions, including technical specifications, test plans, and user guides. - Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of Workday HCM solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday HCM solutions across modules. - Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth. - Collaborate with other IT leaders to align Workday HCM solutions with the overall IT strategy of the organization. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM design, development, and implementation. - Proficiency in multiple Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence and Time tracking, Compensation. - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot complex issues. - Outstanding communication skills, including translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. - Strong leadership qualities and the ability to mentor team members effectively. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Workday functional certification is preferred.
