JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Automation Test Engineer to lead the design, development, and execution of automated testing solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in automation frameworks, scripting, and modern testing practices across web, mobile, and API layers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and reusable test automation frameworks.

  • Develop automated test scripts for UI, API, and performance testing.

  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to ensure high-quality releases.

  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior automation engineers.

  • Analyze test results, debug issues, and provide detailed reports.

  • Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve test coverage and efficiency.

    • Technical Skills: Automation Tools & Frameworks for Salesforce Application:
  • Selenium WebDriver

  • TestNG, JUnit, NUnit,

  • Appium (for mobile automation)

  • Cucumber, BDD/TDD frameworks

    • Programming & Scripting Languages:
  • Java, Python, JavaScript

  • Shell scripting, Bash, PowerShell

    • API Testing & Tools:
  • Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI

  • OpenAPI specifications

    • Performance & Load Testing for Salesforce Application:
  • JMeter

    • CI/CD & DevOps:
  • Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps,

  • Git, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions

    • Database & Data Validation:
  • SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)

  • Data-driven testing using Excel, CSV, JSON, XML

    • Key Decisions / Dimensions

    Automate all the application changes and perform weekly Regression testing.

    Major Challenges

    Automation of SFDC Application and mobile apps.

    Required Qualifications and Experience

    a) Qualifications - B.E. with QA Automation experience of 4 years b) Work Experience - 6+ Years c) Skills Keywords – Selenium, Postman, Jmeter, SFDC Admin, TestNG, Appium
