About the Role

Senior Software Engineer

Python

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy robust backend services in
Python
and
Go
.
Contribute to a
React/Next.js
frontend that processes millions of candidate interactions.
Build new microservices for real-time ranking, analytics, and financial transactions.
Profile, test, and optimize
LLM-powered agents
to improve scalability and accuracy.
Work directly with users to translate pain points into technical specifications.
Own full-cycle development—from architecture to production deployment and monitoring.

Qualifications / Skills Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Computer Science, Engineering
, or related field.
Proven experience in
Go, Python, and React/Next.js
(full-stack or backend focus).
Strong understanding of
computer science fundamentals
, distributed systems, and data structures.
Ability to iterate quickly—prototype, test, and ship features efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
