Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer with 7 to 12 years of experience to lead the development and enhancement of our business applications in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development using dotnet core, frontend, Azure cloud, and Salesforce Administration.
Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development, design, and implementation of business applications.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and transform them into scalable solutions.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve application development processes and tools.

Mentor and guide software engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

Job

Master's/Bachelor's degree in any stream.

Minimum 7 years of experience in software development using dotnet core, frontend, Azure cloud, and Salesforce Administration.

Strong foundation in various development methodologies.

Excellent communication and demonstration skills.

Experience with product development as a software engineer.

Strong experience with Salesforce Administration and Development.

Certina ERP experience (Professional Services Cloud) - Project Management Module and PSA module.

Experience with JavaScript, LWC, and Salesforce sfdx.

Experience with Agile using Scrum.

Good to be Salesforce certified PD1 and PD2.

Good to have exposure on GitHub CI/CD using actions.

Good to have knowledge on Azure logic app and Azure function.
