Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Software Development:
Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions using C++, Python, and C#
System Optimization:
Lead efforts to enhance software performance, ensuring high reliability and scalability
Automation & CI/CD:
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines including deployment approvals, stage promotions, stress testing, and chaos testing
Cloud Solutions:
Utilize AWS services to improve configuration management and reduce deployment overhead
Debugging & Troubleshooting:
Identify, analyze, and resolve software issues for optimal performance
Documentation:
Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment procedures
Collaboration:
Partner with cross-functional teams (product, architecture, QA) to deliver high-quality software on time
Research & Innovation:
Explore advanced topics such as graph algorithms and distributed systems for solving complex business problems

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Experience:
3+ years as a Software Development Engineer with a record of successful software feature launches
Problem Solving:
Strong analytical and debugging capabilities to resolve challenging software issues
Achievements:
Participation in large-scale software projects and research in distributed systems or graph algorithms

Preferred Skills

Experience with Django, NodeJS, or Flutter
Knowledge of Gen AI tools
Familiarity with web application development
Involvement in distributed systems research or publications
