Job ID: INFIT1203 Senior Software Engineer Department:Service Delivery Automation Education: B.E/BTech/MCA Experience: 3-5 years Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the architecture team to design scalable and maintainable software solutions using the .NET Framework and Elsa Framework. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using C# and .NET technologies to implement complex software systems and workflows. Develop and integrate workflows using the Elsa Framework to streamline and automate business processes. Perform code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the .NET ecosystem and Elsa Framework. Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize code and workflows for improved system performance. Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of software components. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, codebase, and workflow designs. Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and provide support for production systems when needed. Solve complex technical problems by suggesting new codes/designs or new approaches and deliver within deadlines. Sharing the best practices and leveraging the same from other team members. Technical Competence Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a focus on the .NET Framework and Elsa Framework. Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem, including ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and other related technologies. Expertise in designing and implementing workflows using Elsa Framework. Expertise in designing and implementing workflows using Elsa Framework. - Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server.
