We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can own systems end-to-end — from backend architecture and infrastructure to guiding web and mobile development teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong backend expertise, architectural thinking, and leadership across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and distributed systems
Develop REST/GraphQL APIs, background jobs, and async processing pipelines
Own database design, performance tuning, and caching strategies
Implement observability using metrics, logs, and tracing
Guide frontend and mobile teams on API design and performance best practices
Manage CI/CD pipelines, Docker workflows, and Kubernetes deployments
Ensure secure, production-ready systems (JWT, auth, rate limiting)
Mentor engineers, review code, and drive engineering best practices

Skills & Experience:

Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, NestJS/Express
Experience with PostgreSQL/MongoDB, Redis
Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
Familiar with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
Cloud experience on AWS/Azure/GCP/DigitalOcean
Frontend experience with React/Next.js/Vue
Mobile exposure to React Native or Flutter
Understanding of scalable system design and async programming

Experience:

4+ years of full-stack development experience
Proven experience building and deploying production systems
Experience mentoring or leading engineers

Education:

B.Tech / B.E in Computer Science or related field
