Manager / Senior Manager Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Lead engineering by example; stay close to architecture and code for critical components.
Drive delivery excellence with a strong focus on speed, quality, and business impact.
Build, coach, and scale a high-performing remote engineering team (20+).
Own hiring, onboarding, and capability development.
Improve reliability, scalability, and performance of systems.
Work closely with product, design, and leadership to define roadmaps and deliver user-centric solutions.

Requirements:

15–20 years of total experience in software engineering.
8–10+ years of experience leading engineering teams in high-growth, product-based environments.
Proven experience leading and scaling teams of
20+ engineers
.
Strong technical foundation:
Python, TypeScript, React,
HTML/CSS,
AWS
cloud infrastructure,
Docker & Kubernetes,
and GraphQL.
Strong debugging, architecture, and system design skills.
Experience in
e-commerce
or marketplace platforms is highly preferred.
Proven success leading remote engineering teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
