About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of complex applications, work across multiple technology stacks, and grow into a Technical Lead role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade web applications end-to-end.
• Work across backend, frontend, and database layers with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Mentor junior engineers and support cross-functional technical problem-solving.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.

Technical Skills (Must Have):

Backend: Java / .NET / Node.js / Python
Frontend: React / Angular / Vue.js
Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB / SQL Server
Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP
DevOps Tools (Preferred): Docker / Kubernetes / CI/CD

Additional:

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and design patterns
• Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery model
