Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineer - Frontend (SDE-2) to join our growing team at CoreShield Technologies. In this hybrid role based in New Delhi, you will take ownership of designing and developing robust backend systems.

You’ll play a key role in architectural decision-making, writing scalable code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features.

Responsibilities

• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
• Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
• Support test and deployment of new products and features
• Participate in code reviews

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, ReactJs, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals (HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design).
• Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel).
• Proficiency with version control tools, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of performance optimisation techniques.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to backend integration and RESTful APIs.
