Job Description

Our first class AEM team is growing, and there is a ton of opportunity for individuals to be an integral part of it! We are looking for an AEM Back-End Developer who can perform custom platform development for enterprise-level customers. This role will be responsible for taking projects through the entire life cycle. You will tackle problems and resolve complex issues, while working in a distributed environment. A successful team member will be proactive and be collaborative!

Responsibilities

Develop mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
Prepare and produce releases of software components.
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies.
Actively participate in client meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

BS/MS degree, bootcamp graduate, or equivalent self-education
3+ years of professional hands-on AEM development
Experience building sites using AEM Cloud Service or AEM 6.5
Proficiency with AEM, Java, and Sling
Solid understanding of systems design, caching, and persistence
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with modern programming architecture
Worked with Agile development, preferably SCRUM, and Unit Testing
Experience in AEM migration projects
