Senior Software Engineer - Backend (AEM)

As an AEM Back-End Developer at our growing first-class AEM team, you will have the exciting opportunity to play a key role in custom platform development for enterprise-level customers. Your responsibilities will include taking projects through the entire life cycle, solving complex issues, and collaborating in a distributed environment. Your key responsibilities will involve developing mission-critical systems that deliver high availability and performance. You will be expected to participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, write efficient and testable code, and prepare software releases. Additionally, you will be encouraged to explore alternative technologies for continuous improvement and actively engage in client meetings. To excel in this role, we prefer candidates who possess a BS/MS degree, have graduated from a bootcamp, or have equivalent self-education. You should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on AEM development experience and be proficient in building sites using AEM Cloud Service or AEM 6.5. A strong command of AEM, Java, and Sling is essential, along with a solid understanding of systems design, caching, and persistence. Effective communication, problem-solving skills, familiarity with modern programming architecture, and experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM and Unit Testing are highly valued. Any prior experience in AEM migration projects would be an advantage.,
