Senior Software Developer -IOS

Position Overview:

As a Senior iOS Developer at Remitap, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality iOS applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of scalable, performant, and test-driven applications. Your expertise will play a crucial role in the success of our mobile platform.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications.

● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define app requirements and technical solutions.

● Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability of iOS applications.

● Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in coding and architecture.

● Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into the development process.

● Implement test-driven development (TDD) and continuous testing practices to ensure code quality and system reliability.

● Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.

● Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● 8+ years of experience in iOS development.

● Strong proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.

● Experience with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, etc.

● Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to backend services.

● Strong understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.

● Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

● Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.

● Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

● Strong focus on scalability, performance, and test-driven development.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in the fintech industry.

● Knowledge of blockchain technology and its integration with mobile applications.

● Certification in iOS development or relevant technologies.
