Senior Social Worker

As the Lead at Social Eye Foundation, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of the organization's initiatives. You will need to be a strategic thinker with leadership experience, a passion for social impact, and the ability to scale programs effectively through partnerships, innovation, and operational excellence. Your key responsibilities will include defining and evolving the long-term vision, goals, and roadmaps for Social Eye Foundation initiatives. You will be in charge of ongoing initiatives like the Computer Lab Program, from planning and execution to tracking outcomes. Additionally, you will engage with corporate partners for CSR funding, sponsorships, and support, as well as prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential partners and donors. You will need to establish and manage processes for scaling programs across different locations, develop tracking systems for monitoring and reporting impact, and bring in fresh ideas, structures, and approaches to enhance outcomes and efficiency. Leveraging technology and data to create scalable and sustainable models will also be a part of your role. Collaboration with volunteers, educators, and implementation partners is crucial, as well as maintaining transparent and regular reporting to the board/founders. Your role will require a combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence, partnership development, innovation, and effective communication with stakeholders to drive the mission and impact of Social Eye Foundation.,
