Senior Social Media Strategist

Job Description

• LinkedIn Strategy & Execution: Own the LinkedIn strategy for the company and its executives, driving thought leadership, brand visibility, and community engagement.
  
• Cross-Platform Strategy: Ensure our messaging is adapted and optimized for other relevant social platforms (Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) to maximize reach.
  
• Content Creation & Copywriting: Write high-impact posts, responses, and commentaries that align with brand voice and resonate with professional audiences.
  
• Executive Branding: Partner with senior leadership to craft posts and campaigns that communicate their vision and insights.
  
• Creative Collaboration: Work with design teams to create visually appealing creatives, infographics, and short-form videos that support campaigns.
  
• Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments and DMs, spark conversations, and encourage meaningful engagement.
  
• Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement, follower growth, CTRs, and conversions, and recommend optimizations.
  
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithm changes and emerging trends on other platforms to keep the strategy agile and effective.
  

Requirements

• Primary Expertise in LinkedIn: Proven experience driving engagement and growth on LinkedIn for brands and/or C-Suite executives.
  
• Multi-Platform Knowledge: Working knowledge of other key platforms (Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and how to adapt messaging for each.
  
• Exceptional Written Communication: Ability to write professional, engaging, and persuasive posts and responses.
  
• Creative Briefing Skills: Experience collaborating with designers and video editors to bring campaigns to life.
  
• Executive Communication: Comfort working with C-Suite executives to translate vision into social media narratives.
  
• Analytics Proficiency: Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics, social listening tools, and scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, HubSpot, Sprout Social, etc.).
