Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Curriculum Development

Deliver classroom and practical sessions in Food Production, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage Service
Develop lesson plans, course materials, and syllabi
Integrate industry trends, case studies, and digital tools into teaching

Student Mentorship & Support

Guide students on academic and career development
Assess student performance via assignments, exams, and projects
Conduct hands-on training with industry participation

Industry Collaboration & Networking

Build partnerships with hospitality businesses for internships and placements
Stay current with industry practices and bring them into the learning environment

Academic Administration

Participate in department meetings, counseling sessions, and student activities
Support workshops, industry visits, guest lectures, and other student engagement programs

Research & Professional Development

Conduct research and contribute to academic journals in hospitality
Attend faculty training, workshops, and industry events

Compliance & Institutional Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to university policies, attendance norms, and academic guidelines
Participate in audits and quality assurance activities
