Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, dining area, and service equipment. Assist in setting up and clearing tables, polishing cutlery, and refilling condiments. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages. Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations. Upsell menu items and promote daily specials and loyalty programs where applicable. Maintain billing and payment procedures accurately. Adhere to grooming and uniform standards.
