Senior Site Engineer – Township Project

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee a large-scale township development project in Malappuram, Kerala. The ideal candidate should come with a strong civil engineering background, significant exposure to multinational work environments, and proven leadership skills in managing site activities, contractors, vendors, meeting timelines, and quality standards.

Location: Malappuram, Kerala, India

Experience Required: 5 to 10 years (Preferably with experience in multinational companies)

Education:

• B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• Degree in Management (Bachelors/Masters) will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations for township infrastructure development.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines;
• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure execution aligns with project specifications.
• Implement project management best practices and suggest process improvements.
• Liaise with procurement and planning teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources, negotiate with vendors to finalize the deal
• Maintain accurate site documentation including DPRs, labor reports, QA/QC records, etc.
• Handle client interactions, technical meetings, and site audits.
• Suggest cost effective ways of construction without compromising with Quality .

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of civil construction techniques for villas, residential apartments, IT centers , convention centers , five-star hotels ,landscaping etc.
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Knowledge of local building codes and construction norms.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
• Experience working in multinational construction companies on township projects is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English & Malayalam is a must. Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹45,591.82 per month
