Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager – Civil Engineering to lead the execution of a large-scale township development project in Malappuram, Kerala. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, infrastructure development, and team leadership within township or large-scale residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the township project in accordance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and local authorities. Lead project teams, supervise site engineers, and ensure adherence to safety, design, and compliance requirements within fixed timelines. Monitor project costs, prepare progress reports, and mitigate project risks. Ensure proper execution of civil, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works.
