Senior Site Engineer

As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for managing, designing, developing, creating, and maintaining construction projects ranging from small-scale to large-scale in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner. Your duties will involve conducting on-site investigations, analyzing data, and carrying out technical and feasibility studies to draw up blueprints that meet technical specifications. You will also assess potential risks, materials, and costs while providing advice and creatively resolving any emerging problems or deficiencies. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and mentor staff, liaise with stakeholders, and handle the resulting structures and services for use - Monitor project progress, compile status reports, manage the budget, and purchase necessary equipment/materials - Ensure compliance with guidelines, regulations, permits, safety standards, and deliver required technical files and documentation - Utilize design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar for project development - Demonstrate project management, supervision, communication, and interpersonal skills Qualifications Required: - Proven working experience in civil engineering - Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software - Project management and supervision skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - B.E. in Civil Engineering with 8 to 10 years of experience in infrastructure, buildings, and commercial projects Please Note: This job is full-time and permanent with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
