Senior Site Engineer

As a Senior Site Engineer/ Site Engineer at Ramcons, you will be an integral part of our team that has a legacy spanning over five decades in delivering premium real estate projects in Chennai. Your role will require a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in interior execution, with a strong technical expertise in construction processes including interior finishing such as tiling, flooring, painting, and marble works. You should also have experience working with reputed architects/interior design firms focusing on high-end residential and commercial spaces. Coordinating with site teams, architects, and clients will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. As a qualified candidate with a B.E/B.Tech in Civil or Diploma in Civil, you will be responsible for overseeing project sites, ensuring progress, quality, safety, and cleanliness. Managing materials, ensuring site safety, and maintaining cleanliness will be crucial. You will coordinate with the team, vendors, architects, and clients to ensure clarity, management, discipline, and happiness. Your role will involve preparing cost estimates, ensuring availability of required materials and tools, providing technical advice, suggesting improvements, and following up with architects for timely implementation. Developing work schedules, negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely completion of projects will be part of your daily responsibilities. The selection process includes a Quantity Take Off Written Test followed by a Technical Interview.
