Role Overview:

Senior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Site Supervision:

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring work is progressing according to the approved plans and specifications.
• Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Ensure quality control by conducting regular inspections and monitoring work standards.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues or deviations from plans.

Planning & Scheduling:

• Develop and maintain

  project schedules

  , monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare

  weekly and monthly progress reports

  and share updates with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the planning team to optimize resources and timelines.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Ensure strict adherence to

  QA/QC standards

  and conduct quality checks at different project stages.
• Ensure compliance with

  local construction regulations

  , safety standards, and company policies.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they meet specifications and industry standards.

Resource & Material Management:

• Monitor and control

  resource utilization

  , including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure proper inventory management and avoid material wastage.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for timely material delivery.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
• Address safety incidents and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate site documentation, including

  daily logs, RFIs, and site instructions

  .
• Prepare and review work permits, drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Participate in

  project meetings

  and contribute to technical discussions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

• Experience:

  6+ years of experience in site engineering for

  industrial and warehouse construction projects

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  construction methods, materials, and regulations

  .
• Proven track record of managing medium to large-scale industrial projects.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, MS Project, and Primavera

  is preferred.
• Knowledge of

  quality control processes

  and safety standards.

Skills Required:

• Excellent

  project management and organizational skills

  .
• Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor site teams.
• Proficiency in

  reading and interpreting construction drawings

  .

Preferred Certifications:

• Certification in

  Project Management (PMP)

  or Construction Management is an advantage.
• Safety certifications such as

  IOSH or NEBOSH

  are a plus.
