Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage site execution, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities. Oversee building construction projects from foundation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Supervise civil engineering teams responsible for project execution, providing guidance on best practices and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to commercial buildings' design, layout, and infrastructure development. Desired Candidate Profile 8-13 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field (building construction). Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil. Proven track record of successfully managing high-rise building projects from start to finish. Strong understanding of civil project management principles, including site planning and execution strategies.
