Roles and Responsibilities Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and monitor progress against estimates. Conduct rate analysis and prepare detailed BOQs for civil works. Estimate material requirements, labor costs, and equipment hire charges. Monitor subcontractor billing and bill engineering & planning activities. Create bar bending schedules (BBS) for reinforced concrete structures. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying with expertise in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and quantity estimation. Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, etc.
