ServiceNow Platform Lead

Experience: 5-8 years (Tech Lead / Senior Resource)

Certifications:

CSA mandatory; CAD/CISITSM/CSM preferred Role

Overview Manage and optimize the ServiceNow platform, working closely with the platform architect and platform owners, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and cost-effective license usage.

Act as the key point of contact for platform activities, reporting, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee platform administration, governance, and health.
• Set up and manage the Security Center module.
• Optimize licenses: allocation, reclamation, approvals, and usage reporting.
• Monitor security and implement patches/upgrades.
• Perform platform analysis, generate insights, and support audits.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years in ServiceNow (platform ownership, Tech Lead, or senior consultant role).
• Strong knowledge of ITSM/CSM modules.
• Experience with license optimization, security monitoring, and platform activities such as cloning, upgrades, etc.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
