Job Description

ServiceNow Platform Lead

Experience: 5-8 years (Tech Lead / Senior Resource)

Certifications:

CSA mandatory; CAD/CISITSM/CSM preferred Role

Overview Manage and optimize the ServiceNow platform, working closely with the platform architect and platform owners, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and cost-effective license usage.

Act as the key point of contact for platform activities, reporting, and security.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee platform administration, governance, and health.
Set up and manage the Security Center module.
Optimize licenses: allocation, reclamation, approvals, and usage reporting.
Monitor security and implement patches/upgrades.
Perform platform analysis, generate insights, and support audits.
Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.

Required Skills

5–8 years in ServiceNow (platform ownership, Tech Lead, or senior consultant role).
Strong knowledge of ITSM/CSM modules.
Experience with license optimization, security monitoring, and platform activities such as cloning, upgrades, etc.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
