In the role of a Senior ServiceNow Developer, your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules, such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro). - Enhancing incident reduction, simplification, process excellence, security, and compliance. - Implementing technical solutions using various tools and technologies like JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS. - Integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools through web services, SOAP/REST, email, DB connector, plugins, etc. - Leveraging ServiceNow Flow Designer and Automated Test Framework (ATF) for process automation and testing. - Conducting troubleshooting, debugging, and problem resolution to ensure operational success. - Developing technical documentation, including process flows and design documents. - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. To excel in this role, you should: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). - Possess a minimum of 7+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform. - Have expertise in developing and enhancing ITSM, CSM, and HAM Pro modules. - Be familiar with web services, APIs, and mobile application design. - Demonstrate proficiency in ServiceNow development and customization. - Have a strong understanding of the ITIL Framework and best practices in ITSM, CSM, and HAM Pro. - Exhibit experience in the architecture of physical and virtual assets in HAM Pro, including stockrooms, asset health dashboards, and hardware asset mobile agents. - Showcase solid experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, ATF, and scripting (XML, JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts). - Hold certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for CSM (CIS-CSM), and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for HAM (CIS-HAM).
