Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong technical expertise to design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.

Configure UI Policies, Workflows, Flow Designer, Client Scripts, Notifications, Inbound Actions, SLA Definitions, and Business Rules.

Implement Integration Hub spokes and integrate with external systems using OAuth 2.0.

Manage the asset lifecycle across hardware and software portfolios.

Work on CMDB, Import Sets, Transform Maps, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.

Implement ITOM modules: Discovery, Event Management, IRE Rules, and MID Servers.

Configure CMDB data models and REST integrations.

Perform ServiceNow upgrades and instance cloning.

Build automation workflows and monitor system health using ServiceNow functionalities.

Develop Reports, Platform Analytics, and Performance Analytics.

Experience in Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) and Major Incident Management.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand service management requirements and translate them into platform capabilities.
