A proven track record of managing and retaining high net worth clients, in-depth knowledge of financial products and services, strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is essential, and relevant certifications such as CFP or CFA will be considered an asset.
