Role:

About the Role

Service Desk Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 24x7 technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and application-related issues.
Log and document customer interactions, incidents, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional and efficient support.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong technical understanding of
hardware and software troubleshooting
.
Hands-on experience in
application support
and user issue resolution.
Good
networking knowledge
for diagnosing and resolving connectivity problems.
Familiarity with
ITIL practices
and standard
IT service management
workflows.
Proficiency in
incident, service request, access, and problem management
processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

Full-time Graduation (in any discipline, IT/Computer Science preferred).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
in IT Service Desk or Technical Support.
