About the Role

Service Desk Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24x7 technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and application-related issues.
  • Log and document customer interactions, incidents, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional and efficient support.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong technical understanding of

    hardware and software troubleshooting

    .
  • Hands-on experience in

    application support

    and user issue resolution.
  • Good

    networking knowledge

    for diagnosing and resolving connectivity problems.
  • Familiarity with

    ITIL practices

    and standard

    IT service management

    workflows.
  • Proficiency in

    incident, service request, access, and problem management

    processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Full-time Graduation (in any discipline, IT/Computer Science preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

    in IT Service Desk or Technical Support.
