Guest Service & Experience

• Greet and seat guests warmly; manage order-taking and service with accuracy.
• Ensure attentive service; collect and relay guest feedback to management.
• Deliver VIP service and resolve issues professionally.

Product Knowledge & Upselling

• Maintain deep knowledge of menu, specials, and promotions.
• Recommend dishes and upsell to enhance guest experience and boost revenue.

Cleanliness & Presentation

• Set and reset tables per standards; keep the dining area clean and organized.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Communicate with kitchen/bar teams; assist colleagues during peak hours.
• Train junior staff, monitor performance, and uphold service standards.

Operational Efficiency

• Support shift scheduling and service flow coordination.
• Monitor inventory; assist in ordering and restocking supplies.

Sales & Quality Control

• Drive sales targets through upselling and event promotion.
• Ensure consistent service quality; implement feedback-driven improvements.

Compliance & Safety

• Enforce hygiene, safety, and company policies.
• Lead crisis response and conduct regular safety training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
