Kerala Cafe is a renowned multi-chain restaurant group with outlets in Mumbai, Pune, Kerala, and Bangalore, famous for authentic Kerala cuisine and delivering warm hospitality and exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a friendly, professional dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve dishes and beverages promptly and ensure correct presentation and portioning.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address queries or complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
• Assist in setup and closing of the restaurant as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Upsell menu items and recommend specials to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tables.
• Good teamwork, punctuality, and reliability.
• Flexible to work rotational shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
