About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with 4+ years of expertise who can take on the role of Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end SEO campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical and strategic SEO background, with proven experience managing projects, leading teams, and driving measurable results in organic search performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership
• Plan, manage, and execute multiple SEO projects across different domains (eCommerce, corporate, or service-based websites).
• Define SEO strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of SEO campaigns.
• SEO Strategy & Execution
• Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
• Implement SEO best practices for eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.) and large-scale websites.
• Guide content creation for SEO-optimized blogs, product descriptions, and landing pages.
• Client & Team Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding SEO projects.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports, insights, and recommendations.
• Manage SEO executives/associates and coordinate with design, development, and content teams.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Track KPIs and ROI using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Provide clear and actionable monthly/quarterly SEO reports.
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years of proven SEO experience, with at least 1–2 years in project or team management.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO strategies, technical SEO, and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce SEO and large-scale project handling.
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
