As our Senior SEO Specialist you will be responsible for:

Working with our SEO Director and SEO team (based in Australia) to develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies and tactics aligned with client business goals.

We’re looking for a SEO Specialist with proven, hands-on experience delivering both the technical and content sides of SEO, and a genuine curiosity for exploring and testing new AI-discoverability tactics.


About you:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a digital marketing or SEO agency, with end-to-end expertise across technical SEO, content relevance, authority building, and user experience
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies that increase organic search rank, traffic, and most importantly commercial results/conversions
  • Expert understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors with a curiosity for understanding emerging AI-discoverability signals
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Expertise in technical SEO - site structure, page speed, page crawling, foundational SEO, impediments to indexing, asset optimisation
  • Excellent keyword research - creating thematic clusters and using keyword data to inform SEO strategy
  • Strong webpage, copy and content optimisation skills
  • Foundational understanding of how websites are created and common content management systems such as WordPress & Shopify
  • Basic understanding of html, CSS, JavaScript, schema mark-up and website tech - enough to know how code affects SEO
  • Understanding of core web metrics and the role UX plays in SEO success
  • Local SEO and Google business profile optimisation
  • An understanding of backlinking and how to identify linking opportunities
  • Strong in tools including: Screaming Frog, SEMrush, ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – for effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • A passion for modern SEO with a proactive approach to professional development, generously sharing knowledge with teammates and client partners
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
