Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and data-driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy to increase website traffic, improve search rankings, and drive qualified leads for our luxury real estate business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities. • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for maximum visibility and engagement. • Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues (site speed, indexing, structured data). • Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.). • Build and execute a strong backlink strategy to increase domain authority. • Stay updated on search engine algorithms and SEO best practices to ensure compliance and maximize results. • Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and SEO alignment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 25 years of proven SEO experience (real estate industry experience preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.). • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies. • Familiarity with WordPress, CMS platforms, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus. • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and recommend actionable strategies. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
