Senior Seo Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and increase targeted traffic
• Conduct thorough keyword research and integrate high-performing keywords into content, meta tags, and headers
• Perform detailed SEO audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure all content aligns with SEO goals and keyword strategies
• Manage off-page SEO efforts including link-building campaigns and outreach for backlinks
• Monitor SEO metrics such as traffic, rankings, and conversions using analytics tools
• Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithm changes and industry trends
• Prepare and present regular SEO performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
• Work closely with developers, designers, and content creators to implement on-site SEO improvements
• Align SEO strategies with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives
• Identify and address technical issues such as site speed, crawl errors, and duplicate content
• Track and analyze competitors SEO strategies to maintain a competitive edge
• Research and implement advanced trends like voice search optimization and mobile-first indexing

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Proven experience as an SEO Manager or SEO Expert with a strong track record of driving organic growth
• Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO techniques
• Knowledge of technical SEO including HTML, site structure, indexing, and crawl optimization
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategy
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently
• Up-to-date with current SEO trends and algorithm updates
• SEO certifications are a plus
