Senior SEO & Organic Growth Strategist

We are looking for a Senior SEO & Organic Growth Strategist to lead and scale our organic marketing initiatives across both GalTech’s internal projects and a portfolio of client accounts in the UAE and Middle East. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on expertise, along with the ability to manage campaigns, deliver measurable results, and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee comprehensive SEO and organic growth strategies for in-house and client projects.
• Take end-to-end ownership of SEO—technical, on-page, and off-page—including keyword strategy, audits, content optimization, authority building, and link acquisition.
• Drive content-led growth through blogs, video marketing, website content, and social media campaigns, including influencer and community engagement.
• Oversee organic email marketing, audience engagement, and newsletter campaigns.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize campaign performance and accelerate organic reach.
• Manage local, technical, and international SEO initiatives across industries.
• Measure, analyze, and report on performance to ensure continuous ROI improvement.
• Mentor, coach, and guide junior team members when required.
• Stay ahead of SEO algorithm updates, digital marketing trends, and industry innovations.
• Applicants must provide a portfolio of successful SEO campaigns/projects.

Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO and organic digital marketing experience (agency or in-house; exposure to Middle East clients is a plus).
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects/accounts and provide team guidance.
• Expertise in SEO and analytics tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Data Studio, AI/automation tools, etc.
• Strong experience with web content, organic social media growth, and email marketing campaigns.
• Skilled in technical SEO, content optimization, analytics, and reporting.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented professional able to work in dynamic, multi-project environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
