The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies—and experience in managing a small team to drive performance and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. ✔ Conduct keyword research and optimize website content and landing pages for search engines. ✔ Perform regular website audits and resolve technical SEO issues to ensure optimal performance. ✔ Manage and execute on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including strategic link-building initiatives. ✔ Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. ✔ Stay current with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices. ✔ Collaborate with content writers and web developers to maintain SEO standards across digital assets. ✔ Lead and mentor junior SEO team members, delegate tasks, and ensure project timelines and quality benchmarks are met. Requirements: 🔹 Minimum 2 and Max 4 years of proven SEO experience in a relevant industry. 🔹 Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc. 🔹 In-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. 🔹 Hands-on experience in website audits, keyword analysis, and backlink strategies. 🔹 Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. 🔹 A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving SEO trends and algorithm updates. 🔹 Experience in managing a team or mentoring junior SEO professionals is a strong plus.
