Job Description

Responsible for supervising day-to-day security operations at the site or across multiple locations.
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols in alignment with company standards.
Supervise, train, and evaluate security personnel to ensure high standards of performance and discipline.
Monitor surveillance systems, alarm systems, and other security equipment to ensure continuous functionality.
Conduct regular security assessments, patrols, and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Respond promptly and effectively to all security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
Investigate all reported incidents and breaches, ensuring appropriate documentation and escalation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of security activities, personnel reports, and incident logs.
Ensure compliance with applicable security regulations, laws, and industry standards.
Stay updated with emerging security threats, technologies, and best practices to improve security infrastructure.
