Job Description

As a Technical Services Implementation Engineer (L3) at NTT DATA, your role involves providing technical support to clients to ensure the smooth functioning of their systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Interacting with clients on-site to understand and address complex solution requirements. - Escalating unresolved issues to relevant third parties and ensuring timely resolution. - Responding to escalated client requests and supporting applications to a first-line resolution. - Writing reports, proposals, and maintaining project documentation. - Assisting in documenting standard operating procedures for installations and fixes. - Acting as a coach and mentor to junior Implementation Engineers and Technicians. - Coordinating the activities of Engineers in line with performance targets. - Providing third-line telephonic, remote, and on-site support and problem management periodically. - Contributing to higher complexity design work and taking ownership of relevant technologies. You should possess the following qualifications: - A seasoned understanding of technical design and business principles. - Proficiency in project management and administration. - Excellent customer engagement skills. - Domain specialist knowledge. - Strong verbal communication skills. - Proactive problem-solving approach. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Experience in coaching, mentoring, and providing guidance to team members. Qualifications and Certifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with specialized training in new technologies. - Project management certification is desirable. Experience Required: - Seasoned work experience in technical implementation engineering or similar roles. - Experience in engaging with clients, conducting presentations, project administration, report writing, and project management.
