Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a
Scrum Master
or
Agile Project Lead
.
Strong understanding of
Agile frameworks
(Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Hands-on experience with
Agile tools
Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Proven expertise in
RAID management, sprint planning, backlog refinement
, and issue resolution.
Excellent
facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management
skills.
Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I/II)
is mandatory.
SAFe Agilist certification
is a plus.
Bachelors degree in
Computer Science, IT, Business Management
, or equivalent.
Experience managing
distributed or cross-functional Agile teams
preferred
Basic understanding of
pharma commercial KPIs
is required • Should have some business analytics experience / mindset and domain expertise
