Job Description

As a Senior Scientific Content Strategist, your role will involve spearheading digital content marketing efforts with a focus on scientific content creation. Your responsibilities will include: - Lead the creation and implementation of innovative scientific content strategies across various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and email marketing. - Oversee the development, writing, and editing of high-quality, engaging, and original scientific content that aligns with our brand voice and editorial guidelines. - Work closely with multifaceted cross-functional teams, including commercial comms, marketing, product development, legal and regulatory, to ensure cohesive and effective content strategies. - Optimize content for search engines to increase organic traffic and manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and other PPC platforms. - Utilize analytics tools to measure content performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness. - Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the pharmaceutical and digital marketing sectors, applying this knowledge to enhance content strategies. - Conduct regular audits of existing content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current marketing goals. - Propose and develop creative concepts, storylines, and multimedia content that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement. - Provide guidance and training to junior content associates, fostering their professional growth and development. Qualifications required for this role include: - Master or bachelor's degree in a pharmacy-related field. - Proven experience as a scientific content writer or a similar role with a strong technical focus. - 3-5 years of experience working in Digital Marketing teams. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - In-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize content strategies. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and CMS. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex scientific information clearly. - Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking in developing compelling content and marketing campaigns. - Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams and projects effectively. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. In terms of additional details, the role may require up to 10% travel, approximately 26 business days per year. The physical requirements are sedentary, involving occasional exertion of force and sitting most of the time.,
