Senior SAP S/4HANA ERP Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) Consultant

Onsite GCC AI readiness assessment work for 5-6 weeks starting in Oct 2025.

Role Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessment of current Finance processes including AP, AR, GL, and financial reporting workflows

• Analyze SAP S/4HANA Finance module configurations against AI transformation requirements and identify optimization opportunities

• Collaborate with executive level Finance stakeholders to validate process gaps and develop AI-enabled transformation roadmap

• Ensure Finance process designs comply with regulatory requirements and support financial transparency goals

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• 8+ years SAP Finance (FI/CO) implementation experience (GCC region ideal) with demonstrated knowledge of local regulatory frameworks

• Proven track record in AI/digital transformation projects within oil & gas or large enterprise environments

• Strong understanding of business processes and expert level business workshops leadership

• Experience working with C-level Finance stakeholders in multicultural, Arabic-English business environments
