Senior Salesforce QA

NTT DATA is looking for a Senior Salesforce QA professional to join their team in Delhi, India. As a Senior Salesforce QA, you will be responsible for interacting with clients to understand business requirements, creating comprehensive test plans, and developing test cases. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud along with exposure to Selenium and .NET. The client utilizes a custom-built portal that interfaces with Salesforce through APIs. The role requires a minimum of 4 years of industry experience in Software Testing, encompassing both Manual and Automation testing. The candidate should have a solid understanding of Test Planning, Test Design, Test Execution, and Defect Reporting & Tracking. Proficiency in Understanding and Analyzing Test Requirements, as well as maintaining Test Requirements, is essential. Additionally, familiarity with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) is crucial. The candidate should be well-versed in Test Automation using tools like Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, and UFT. Strong experience in Automating Web Application Testing using Selenium WebDriver with the TestNG framework is required. Proficiency in Java Programming, Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, and TestNG is a must. The candidate should also be proficient in Writing Test cases using Element locators, WebDriver methods, Java programming features, and TestNG Annotations. Experience in Data-driven Testing, Cross-browser testing, and Parallel Test execution using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Selenium Grid is highly desirable. Knowledge of LoadRunner Automation tool and expertise in the implementation of Automation frameworks using Selenium are necessary. The candidate should have experience in Test Estimations, Test strategy implementation, and devising testing artifacts such as Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Defect Reports, and Test Summary Reports. Other required skills include good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Self-motivation, high ethical standards, and problem-solving abilities are also key attributes for this role.
