Job Overview
Senior QA Engineer Salesforce Data Testing (Manual / Automation)
Role Overview
The Senior QA Engineer will lead the validation and assurance of data integrity across all RTRA integrations. The focus is on testing large-scale data flows and transformations, particularly involving Salesforce, SAP, and JIRA data sources, using both manual and automated testing methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans for data pipelines, APIs, and integration workflows.
- Validate transformation logic and ensure consistent data quality between source and target layers.
- Build automated data comparison and regression testing scripts leveraging Python or SQL frameworks.
- Partner with analysts to define expected business outcomes and ensure test coverage of all functional scenarios.
- Document defects, root cause analyses, and regression impacts.
- Participate in continuous testing and validation cycles as part of CI/CD pipelines.
- Support UAT by preparing test data, executing validation scripts, and coordinating sign-offs.
Required Skills & Experience
- 610 years experience in QA or data testing within enterprise integration environments.
- Hands-on experience validating Salesforce and SAP datasets.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and test automation frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Robot Framework).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jenkins-based test automation.
- Strong analytical skills to identify data mismatches and systemic errors.
