Senior Salesforce Developer, Marketing/Sales Cloud

As a Salesforce developer at Snowflake's CRM organization, you will play a crucial role in building business applications and designing features to enhance the reliability of applications and systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Technical design and implementation of Lead to Quote solutions using Salesforce Sales cloud - Providing day-to-day Salesforce platform and user support - Documenting as-is and to-be architecture solutions and presenting them to key technical program stakeholders - Defining, estimating, and shaping Sales and Marketing technical solutions using best practices - Integrating Salesforce Sales cloud with third-party managed packages for Lead scoring, Data enrichment, and outreach - Maintaining and configuring development and test instances for internal sandboxes - Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including business teams, product teams, global IT Apps teams, consultants, and vendors - Resolving issues in UAT and providing post-production support for Sales and Marketing functionality - Actively contributing to building and troubleshooting process automation across the Salesforce instance - Customizing scalable solutions and advocating for best practices - Implementing, integrating, and leveraging AI-powered tools within Salesforce - Innovating, automating, and introducing new AI-driven solutions to business challenges - Demonstrating good to have snowflake knowledge Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology, or a related field - 7+ years of Salesforce experience with hands-on Lightning web component experience and Apex coding - Good knowledge of Salesforce Sales objects such as Leads, Accounts, Opportunities - Strong understanding of Sales forecasting, Territories, and user management - Extensive knowledge of Salesforce security best practices, Sharing, and visibility - Solid experience in data migration strategy, tools, and processes - Proficiency in Salesforce communities, Apex, SOQL, VisualForce, Lightning, JavaScript, VS code IDE, WorkBench, Data Loader, Reports, and Dashboards - Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Model - Understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of ownership Certifications required: - Salesforce Platform Developer Snowflake is a rapidly growing company, and we are seeking individuals who align with our values, challenge conventional thinking, drive innovation, and contribute to the future of Snowflake.,
