Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce, including the Force.com platform, and possess certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) and Platform Developer II (PD2). The role involves leading a team of developers, managing Salesforce projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of customized solutions that meet business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer/Tech Lead with strong expertise in the Force.com platform.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I (PD1) and Platform Developer II (PD2) are required.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, and security.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in team management and project leadership.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
